I use Shotcut Audio visualization all the time for editing my videos, but I have now come to tackle a new task when editing. I kind of want to do a circle audio visual but, only line and bar seem to exist as of the moment. Unless of course I am just not seeing it?
I suppose you are thinking of the Audio Reaction effect in After Effects?
Yes what I am thinking of is a lot like that when I think about it.
Try the Audio Dance Visualization filter. It can do a decent dancing spectrum.

The circular shape is not available in Shotcut. But the wave and spectrum visualizations are available.
