Also, this version is less translated than the previous one (for French) How can the French community help?? Is there a file in which to do the translation? or more complicated than that?

Translations were not skipped, see this change: However, something wrong happened when running lupdate to refresh the translations against the latest state of the source. This is fixed for the next version.
