Markers as chapters

What is your operating system?
Windows 10

What is your Shotcut version (see Help > About Shotcut)? Is it 32-bit?

Can you repeat the problem? If so, what are the steps?
(Please be specific and use the names as seen in Shotcut, preferably English. Include a screenshot or screen recording if you can. Also, you can attach logs from either View > Application Log or right-click a job and choose View Log.)
Shotcut version 211221! awesome
thank you
but exporting Markers as chapters sends an empty file!

Works for me. Markers with a duration > 1 (aka region) are not exported. I added an IMPORTANT NOTE to the release notes to clarify this.

thank you, it works better like that!
in this case it would be useful to have two lines for the markers (above the timeline), one for the single frame markers and the other for the “zone” marker.
the two are useful and could overlap.

although we can do everything with a single line of markers …
Maybe have the choice of the number of lines for a free organization?

If you want multiple rows then use hidden video tracks with color clips on them. There are no plans to make multiple tracks for markers.

I just did some tests on the possible configurations
Simple Marker, Marker with Time
Superposition of Markers.
With the Markers panel, it’s operational. Doubling the Markers line would be comfort but not essential.
Thank you !
