Lyrics video, copy-pasting a chorus

Hi all,

I am making a series of lyrics video’s for my band.
I have a chorus that is repeated multiple times, and I can’t find an easy way to copy that given part. I have a simple text filter on an image and I’ve edited the text to show 1 or 2 words at a time, with a transition effect between them - but for the life of me, I can’t seem to mark and copy paste a section, nor can I seem to place the whole section in the source player.
I have watched a bunch of tutorials but im still at a loss - what am I missing?

It’s difficult to understand exactly what you mean without actually see your project.
Did you watch this tutorial by @jonray?

There are tons of useful tips in that video on adding text to a project.
