Lost video track and autosave files during crash

Hi, I lost a movie track when dragging a clip into it and Shotcut crashed. I now have permanently lost that track, and after going into Settings - App Data Directory - Show… and opening the autosave folder there is nothing there. No MLT’s. I have a saved file but I must have somehow (stupidly) saved after the track was lost without realising it.

I’m using version 19.12.31 on Windows 10.

Lost about 7 hours of work so would really appreciate any advice. I’ve watched all relavent tutorials that I could find and browsed the forum already, and I made the mistake of having no back up.

EDIT: just to clarify, I lost a video track within the project and am wondering if there could be a way to retrieve this after saving the project.
