I would like to request a new track management feature called “Lock On Top”.
When a video track is flagged with “Lock On Top”, it becomes pinned to the absolute top of the timeline hierarchy. Even if a user adds a new video track later, that new track is automatically generated below the pinned “Lock On Top” track(s).
If multiple tracks are locked to the top, they would maintain their relative stacking order based on the logic of when they were locked (or standard track numbers V1, V2, etc., within the pinned zone).
As you can see in the attached image, I want V7 and V8 to be always on top no matter what, even if I add three new tracks.
