This parameter does not have a curve in the Keyframes panel; many of them throughout filters do not. When that is the case, you must adjust the parameter in the filter UI or the on-preview controls (not in this case). This is fundamental usage of keyframed parameters in Shotcut. You do not primarily adjust keyframed parameters in the Keyframes panel as that is a more crude experience.
