I just updated Shotcut to the latest version released back on April 2, and now the keyboard shortcuts aren’t working. In particular, when I try to edit a source file by making new start- and end-points with I and O, nothing happens. Is there an option I’m supposed to click to allow for keyboard shortcuts that may have come unclicked somehow? Or is this a known issue that occasionally pops up with updates? Both/neither of the above? Please help.
Make sure you got the source tab selected under the video player, because you can’t add in and out points when the project tab is selected.

I’m definitely on the Source tab and not the Project tab. I just double-checked that to make sure. I still can’t set In and Out points with the keyboard.
Working fine here with the latest version.
Tried rebooting your computer?

I have, and I also unplugged and replugged my keyboard for good measure. And it’s working now. Thanks, problem solved.
