Keyboard shortcut home

The keyboard shortcuts are fine, moving to the next clip or vice versa and the unbeatable “S” :+1:… but when I press the start or end key, it takes me to the beginning or the end of the timeline.
However, if you double-click on the scene, it takes you to the beginning of the clip, which is a bit tiring on the hand.

Maybe I missed something… What is your suggestion?

:hut:home, not double click!

I think it makes sense that the Home key takes the playhead to the start of the Timeline.

I guess that what you’d want is keyboards shortcuts to move the playhead directly to the Start or End of the currently selected clip without interference from the clips on other tracks?

In the example below for example, the only keyboard shortcut available to move the playhead to the start of clip B would be Alt+Left (Skip Previous).
But you’d have to do it twice because the Playhead would skip to the D-E intersection first on track V1.

God is great ! Dan, Look at how things are; now I’m going to “kill two :eagle:birds with one stone.”

I’m not much of a TV fan, nor have I seen anything by that actor, but I did think to myself: I’ve seen that face before, but I don’t know who it is?

@MusicalBox I can live without that shortcut, and yes, I can move to the next clip and use the back arrow key to go to the end of the previous one, for example.
Thanks!

This needs to be the best reply of the year :joy:
