Keep aspect ratio while manipulating crop filter

When using the crop filter, it would be very useful if it was possible to manipulate the size and height without changing the aspect ratio, or with changing only one dimension.

In PowerPoint it is done by clicking CTRL or SHIFT and manipulation the figure/shape etc…

My question is same, how to crop with specified aspect ratio?
In may case I want to keep the aspect ratio of the source film.
