July 18.07 version: Overlays ignored when exporting

At per title.
Using an overlay image on a new track with S&P Filter applied is totally ignored when exporting.
Opening up the saved MLT in an earlier version (March) shows corrupted fade-in/out filter application and the S&P filter settings ignored, but the overlay is rendered with the export.

Thus far in testing, I have not reproduced it. Tested on macOS only as I am out of town and only have a MacBook for portable. Projects are not backwards compatible meaning the way fades are constructed by newer versions (since v18.05 when keyframes were introduced) are not understood by older versions of the software.
