In version 25.31.31 the progress time displayed in the job panel has changed. It used to show time remaining in the export but now it shows time elapsed in the export. Is there a way to change that? I much preferred the time remaining view.
Aside from that, I love ShotCut.

That version doesn’t exist.
In the current version (26.1.30) the export shows the time remaining, as it always did.
The elapsed time is shown after the export job is completed.
It is normal that it increments some in the beginning as it develops a better estimate because it does not and cannot predict.
Hmm. I guess I don’t know where to find my current version. I just clicked Upgrade and see v.26.1.30 for download. Doing it now. Thanks for setting me straight. (Don’t know what I saw before!)
