Jagging back and forth in exported(mp4) video, but also runs really slow in preview

Windows 10
Intel i5 4210U
4Gb DDr3
Intel HD graphics family

Version:
Shotcut 22.11.25 64bit

My problem:
Although my shotcut is running fine othertime, but for this time, sometimes parts of my preview and product got jaggy back and forth and shaky, too. I don’t know why but the videos that i uses for the edit work just fine when not inside shotcut. The jaggy thing made me unable to play the preview properly, like a few fps in the beginning and then it stops.

This is below the minimum system requirements for HD.

Here are some things you can try:

  • Proxy Editing
  • Preview Scaling
  • Settings->Player->Real Time (Frame dropping)
  • For trouble clips, click the “Convert…” button in the properties panel
