In short I was working on this video and it was really slowing down my PC and I shut off my PC. Then I realized that the file I was working on is now corrupted.
Is there anyway I can get this .MLT file to a uncorrupted state?

No I don’t think so.
It’s a NUL file.
There may be options for things like windows shadow copy or previous versions of the file but that MLT specifically looks toast from what i can see.
