Is there a way to scroll pictures?

I know that you can scroll text but that’s not what I want I want to scroll pictures from any angel like tweening or even squishing them.

There is no native text scrolling feature to Shotcut. But you can use external HTML with javascript
’Tweening’ is an ‘Animator’ app’s function, not a video editor.

No I know its not a video editor I’m actualy trying to tween my animations
