Is there a way to both trim and ripple delete with a single keypress?

Hi everyone, I’m a newcomer to Shotcut–which I’m very impressed by so far–so apologies for the ‘noob’ question. I often need to adjust the beginning and end of clips in my timeline, which I can easily do by pressing I and O. However, this then results in some empty space between the trimmed start/endpoint and the adjacent clip.

I can delete this empty space by pressing Ctrl + Left or Ctrl + Right until the empty space is selected, then hitting X to delete it. However, I’m wondering if there is a way to both trim a clip and delete the space created by that trim with a single keystroke.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Ah, I found what I needed within the keyboard shortcuts list: Shift + I and Shift + O for Ripple Trim Clip In and Ripple Trim Clip Out, respectively. These will work great!
