Is there a way to add chapters to Long videos?

Dear friends. I have a video that I edited that is 1 hour 35 minutes and I wanted to know if there is a way to add chapters to the project so I can skip to the desired part of the movie?

Table of Contents / Chapter Marks

I’m currently working on an introductory video for our faculty and I realised that it would be nice to implement a table of contents of some sort to give viewers the chance to click on a certain topic in order to jump to the point in the video where the topic is being addressed. (like time stamps on youtube) Is such a feature provided by Shotcut?

I have. That is why I am asking. Because I don’t want to make a table of contents. Just cuts in the movie so that I can jump to the next scene.

This sounds more like chapter markers rather than a table of contents linking to a set of independent videos. Shotcut does not have native support for chapter markers (or TOC for that matter).
