I just noticed a postgres Users account and a PostgreSQL folder in Program Files I never noticed before. PostgreSQL is an Open Source Relational Database and I want to be sure Shotcut doesn’t use it before I uninstall/delete them.

I don’t have PostgreSQL installed in Windows or Linux. Shotcut works in both.
You might want to check to see if you have other software that might need PostgreSQL.
Shotcut does not use or install PostgreSQL.
