I am using the standard “size,position&rotate” filter. My requirement is to be able to key frame the position … is that possible in shortcut, perhaps using a different filter ?
Yes click the keyframes icon next to it:
The vertical bars means this keyframe spans Position, Size, and Zoom parameters together. If you do not want to change the size then don’t.

I am learning how to convert my video 16:9 to shorts 9:16, and found that this video need me to pan left and right following my torch light …
