Is it me, or is there no pitch option?

What is your operating system?

I use a Windows 10 Laptop

What is your Shotcut version (see Help > About Shotcut)? Is it 32-bit?

It says 19.10.20

Can you repeat the problem? If so, what are the steps?
(Please be specific and use the names as seen in Shotcut, preferably English. Include a screenshot or screen recording if you can. Also, you can attach logs from either View > Application Log or right-click a job and choose View Log.)

Basically, I like Shotcut, it’s useful, and easy, however, when I was making a video, I see there is no pitch option for the voice, what I see is anything but pitch, so I typed it in, there is still no pitch option, here is a picture

Overall, what is it with this bug, is it removed, or is it a bug? I need to know because I need help with this!

This is not a bug. Your version is too old. It was added in version 20.04
