Is anywhere a summary audio mixer?

if i want to make my full video with all tracks louder or quieter, it there anywhere a summary audio mixer?

You can add a “Gain/Volume” filter to the Output channel to lower the total audio output in the video.
You can also add a limiter, if you just want to avoid peaks clipping or getting to high, but don’t want to limit all the audio

I meant: If i have more than one audio tracks and the video is ready “mixed” - is there a possibility to adjust the level of the whole mix? (as a summary slider on a mixing console)

I know, and my solution(workaround) has the same effect as lowering the master track on a mixer.

I also know that, I was saying that he wants a quicker way. Like, suppose I have 220 audio tracks, and I want to change the volume of all of them, then it would be extremely time consuming, even if I copy-paste the effects on tracks rather than single clips. And your way also effects the whole output rather than just audio, so it would also ruin my video tracks too.

That is what he asked for - not to ruin but to affect the entire output. With the planned dedicated mixer there will not be a way to adjust the output of only all of the audio-only tracks. Rather, each track would get its own gain control and effects stack, which is what you can do already today by adding filters to tracks.
