Ive loaded some edited gopro videos to instagram. had the dialog box to say that they were successful.
I can’t see them in my profile and they don’t seem to be there. tried different frame rates but no success.
tried uploading videos which have been edited in the quik app the load and view fine.
has anyone had this problem or is there a fix

Do your videos conform to Instagram’s specifications? From the Instagrma help webpages:

Video Resolution and Size

  • You can upload a video with an aspect ratio between 1.91:1 and 9:16.
  • Videos should have a minimum frame rate of 30 FPS (frames per second) and minimum resolution of 720 pixels.
  • The maximum file size for videos that are 10 minutes or less is 650MB. The maximum file size for videos up to 60 minutes is 3.6GB.

thanks, tried all them settings but no luck.
same video loads to face book no problem
