Yes. repeatable.

Inserting a track over Track-1 is “cleaning” that video/image.

Thanks for reporting it. I reproduced it and found it is regression in this version specifically. It was due to a logic change to handle dynamically adding tracks when pasting multiple clips across multiple tracks when there is not enough existing tracks. I am work on a fix.
