On a normal full size frame, I am trying to insert into a small frame part of another video, for several seconds. Is it possible ? If yes, then how to do it.
Program version is 19.02.28.
Answers will be appreciated.

Yes.
Put the full size video on the timeline on V2.
Put the second video on V3.
Use rotate and scale on the second video to resize and re position. Or use size and position filter to resize and re position.
