Increase Time value

Hello,
When I use a filter (fade) if I click on the upper arrow the value increase (normal), but when I reach (for exemple) 1,24 the next value is 2 ? Weird ?

Your project must be set to 24 frames per second
The last 2 digits are frames… So

01:23
plus 1 frame
equal
02:00

Settings > Time Format > Clock if you want milliseconds instead of frames in the last part of the time display.
