As I slice through my timeline, I find myself always having to move the playhead back to the end of the previous clip when ripple removing a clip I just sliced. I can see how keeping the playhead at the same timestamp makes sense when removing without ripple, but when the remove is rippled, it’s just a nuisance. Basically, the playhead position needs to be included in the ripple.
To be more concrete, as I review the video for clipping, after finding the end of the segment I want to remove, I have to type:
Sctrl ←ctrl ←Xalt ←
… to continue. I wish
Sctrl ←X
… was enough.
