Impossible ajouter vidéo

I started a project, but now impossible to add new videos. Is this normal? Is there a maximum project size? otherwise how to override.
Sorry for my bad english, I prefer an answer in french…
J’ai commencé un projet, mais maintenant impossible d’ajouter de nouvelles vidéos. Est-ce normal ? Y a-t-il une taille maximale de projet ? sinon comment passer outre.
J’apprécierais une réponse en français.

Mon français est très mauvais (il y a 6 ans depuis je l’ai utilisé), mais j’essaie.
Non, ce n’est pas normal et un maximum n’existe pas. Est-ce que vous pouvez indiquer autres informations sur votre OS, la version de Shotcut et, plus important, les pas pour reproduire cette problème?

Bonjour

Pour moi il n’y a pas de limite de taille,mais parfois la dépose sur une piste non crée peut poser problème car je travaille sur un vieux PC.

Ma solution :

Déposer le rush dans le chutier (liste de lecture) ;
Enregistrer le projet ;
Créer une piste vidéo ;
déposer depuis la liste de lecture vers la piste désirée ;
enregistrer de nouveau.

Merci beaucoup pour toutes vos réponses.
Ne pouvant plus ajouter de vidéo sur la timeline à partir de la liste de lecture, j’ai finalement trouvé une solution : lire la vidéo de la liste de lecture et utiliser le + de la timeline. Cela marche pour l’instant.

No longer able to add video to the timeline from the playlist, I finally found a solution: play the video from the playlist and use the + of the timeline. It is ok for the moment.

It is a much better editing workflow to use the source player to trim and filter your clip. Then, you have a few different options to edit into the timeline: drag/drop, append, insert/paste, overwrite. Drag n drop will start working again after you restart the app.
