I can't use page up/down shortcuts in shotcut

I want move frames to forward and backward 1 second.
but, my keyboard has’t page up, page down keys.
so I tried to mapping forced using mac keyborad settings
but fail too. becouse shotcut has not that menus.
Is there any way to solve this issue?
