I can’t load up Videos on YouTube wich I cut with shotcut and I don’t know why
I deleted my first reply because I thought you are trying to edit video already on YouTube. Nevermind, I see you are trying to upload a video you created in Shotcut. You must export the video from Shotcut. YouTube cannot accept the Shotcut project file. You can use the default settings and just click Export File. You must wait for it to be done in Shotcut’s Jobs panel; you cannot upload a video that still in progress exporting!

Click Export, select the YouTube preset, then in the sub window click export. Name your file. Upload that file to YouTube.
Directly from Shotcut? No. Edit, render (Export), then upload the resulting file.
