I can not change the size of the video

Hi
i just use the shotcut. i could not change the size of my video.i adjust the format of resolution and ratio when my video at the exporting process, but my video did not changed the size.the size is the same the source video and i try to change size at the properties , i just could changed the ratio
Please help me to solve the problem.Thank you very much

Change the Video Mode.
In the Export window, click Reset, then Export File.
