I accidently put my intro into my edited video and all i see is the intro video and the rest of the edited video black and no audio

Hard to say without a screenshot, can you post a sceenshot?
Maybe you turned of Show/Unmute icons:

i JUST did

Maybe something weird happened with “Detach Audio” I see in your History panel. Select the clip that is black and look at Properties > Video > Track and Properties > Audio > Track and change them from None.
