How to shorten a video with audio still running?

Hello,

I have a video track and an audio track. The video track finishes before the end of the audio track.
I would like the video to end with a lowering of the music gradually and not have a black screen until the music finishes.
How can I do that please?

Your audio clip is longer than your video clip and you need both clips to be the same length. But you want the audio to fade out at the end. Is that it?

If it is, here’s an option:

Remove (trim) the extra length of the audio clip and add an Fade-out Audio filter to it.
