How to resize the picture?

I am using this program for the first time. i still learning from it. I want to add a picture in a video and i want to resize the picture. Can anyone teach me how to do it? Thank you very much.

  1. Create a track in the Timeline for your picture
  2. Drag the picture on the track
  3. Go to the Filters panel.
  4. Add a Size, Position & Rotate filter.
  5. Resize and move the picture.

@MusicalBox already gave you the step by step solution to your specific question, but I would suggest a quick viewing of some of the video tutorials. They will teach you the basics and then you can move on from there as you see fit.
