How to replace a part of a video?

Hi folks!

Sorry folks, I’m still very much a noob so I don’t know the correct terms here.

So basically, what I would I would like to do, is to replace a part of a video. Example: People are sitting in a cinema in front of the screen watching “Indiana Jones” but I want them to watch “Star Wars” instead. Or a view from inside a car that drives on a road but I want it to make it look like it’s driven at a race track.

I guess what I need here is either a mask or a green screen? Can anyone help here please?

You can use the “Mask” filter to plave the green-screen over part of the video.
