How to paste a clip into a track without moving everything

Using copy paste pushes everything in the track to the right.
How do I paste a clip into a track without pushing the rest of the track’s contents right?

Hi @Lightzy

• Select a clip in the timeline and copy it
• Select the destination track
• Move the Playhead at the position you want to paste the clip
• Press the B key on your keyboard or use this button (Overwrite)
  
  

Works also with clips copied from the Playlist
