How to move 'rotation keyframes' without easily changing their values

Is there a way to lock their rotation values? Size/position keyframes don’t have this problem.

Yes. Holding the Alt key on your keyboard will only allow the keyframe to move left or right.

And in case this can be useful in the future: Holding the Ctrl keyboard key will only allow the keyframe to move up or down.
