How to make the same intro in shotcut

I have this intro that my friend made for me but he told me that I could only use this intro if I make the same in a free video editing software, I actually found that this intro was made in hitfilm pro but it was paid and I have to just use a totally free software, So can you tell me how to make this in shotcut:-

I believe it is possible. I haven’t checked but this is what I would try:
First background image on track V1
Second image (can be a PNG with transparent title created in Inkscape or in GIMP) in track V2
And combining with SPR.

Other options: mask from file (invert) for other combinations.
