How to make Simple Scroll option adjust text width on screen

Hi thank you for the amazing work.
Can one use the Simple Scroll option in the Text:HTML filter setting the text width and position on the screen? Unless I use paragraph marks (in the picture I have used them only after the first line), the text will cover the whole screen. Please find more technical details below!

The HTML editor that comes with Shotcut is a very basic editor. It can be used to position text using the align left, center and right controls and the indent controls. The controls can be used to shift blocks or lines of text.

It takes some trial and error and practice to get the text to look the way you want it.

Thank you Sauron, and sorry for the late reply. I am able to push text to the right as in your bottom example, but not to the left as your first three lines show. Am I supposed to do something else to do that?

All the text in my example was left aligned. I pushed some lines right.
With left aligned text you cannot move the text left. If the text has spaces or tabs they need to be removed before pasting into the HTML editor, or they need to be removed after the text is in the editor. That will pull the text left.

In this example the first three lines can be pushed right. The second three line cannot be moved left unless the tabs are deleted.
