How to make Clips Stick Together

Hello, This probrably sounds a bit stupid but the clips on my timeline used to automatically go together when you dragged them near eachother or when you dragged a clip to the playhead it would do the same, then when I updated shotcut it didnt do it anymore then i udated it again and it worked but on the most recent update it wont do this anymore. is this something to do with my settings (can i turn it back on) or has it been removed from shotcut?
