how to make a clip slide across the screen from left to right?

hello everyone,

I am making a video in 9:16 but the clip I’m using is in 16:9 so I’m trying to get it to slide across the screen so all of it is seen. I’m trying to use the size positions & rotate filter but i cant seem to figure out the keyframe.

any advice/help you guys can give me?
