i usually use premiere pro, but i needed something more lightweight. cause while editing, i go back and forth on research and my pc for some reason cant handle it. so i was hopeing to use shotcut for laying out all the clips. but i have issues with exporting to premiere pro, i tried using EDL format. but seems to not export with the clips or uses a wrong directory - shows media offline in premiere. so i was hoping to use xml. but shotcut only exports in mlt xml. is there a way to convert it to pure XML. so that i could easily import into premiere. or if anyone has a solution for the media offline issue in premiere. perhaps a box i forgot to tick before i exported as edl???
