How to disable audio fade in and out, with generic faders

I’m using a lot of video fade in and out’s.
However it’s applying audio fade in and out’s at the same time, using the generic black circle fader.
Which i then have to remove manually - takes a little bit of extra time and checking.
Is there a remedy to disable to audio side of it?

I guess U have to use a filter for that. For now, the black circle is designed to affect both n that is logical in a way.

For your use case, I suggest to right click the clip and choose Detach Audio before using the fade control.
