How to delete 'Project Folder'

I am new to Shotcut and have made numerous mistakes and now I am trying to start with a clean slate. I have a Project Folder showing in the New Project screen that is no longer on my laptop. It shows “C:\users\[my id]\Videos\New Folder\2511-16S”. How can I either delete this of change it. I have deleted the “New Folder” file

Assume if there is a way to change it I will need to have a folder set up for where I want it to be saved.

Right click it and choose Remove

My problem is that the project does not show up in the “Recents” folder. When I try to set up new project with the same name I get message that already exists, but I can not find it to modify the project.
