How can I correct this screen area in Shotcut ?

There’s a stationary area in my video where the tripod wasn’t set up correctly, my fault, pointed to with the blue arrow.

I need to correct the area so that the defect isn’t visible to the viewer.

Any ideas?

You can use a mask.
This is an easy option. You can also draw a mask in glaxnimate. But in the video, I showed a simple mask without glaxnimate.
