I read your question many times and I’m sorry to say that it makes very little sense…
What to you mean by “scene sensitivity” ?
How giving “more keyframes” to something "before exporting" can make a video easier to edit?
I believe this question is about GOP. GOP is usually based on 2 factors: a maximum number of frames between I-frames and scene change detection. I guess this question is about changing the scene change detection. That is a little straight forward. You need to add a line to Export > Other. However, which line is needed depends on the codec. Usually it is sc_threshold, but sometimes scenecut (x265-params). Then, the value. Basically, see FFmpeg.
However, the “so you can edit the video easily” part of the question is confusing. If you want to edit the export result, then use a preset from the intermediate or lossless category, which are intra-only (only I-frames). If the question is about our Convert to Edit Friendly dialog, it is already intra-only.
