How to change clip speed

For version 21.06.29…where is the change clip speed function?? used to be in properties but I don’t see it there anymore…

It works fine on my v21.06.29 for video and audio clips.
Won’t work for images though, in any version of Shotcut.

Ok…so where are the settings for speed and pitch?? They are not in the Properties box on my screen…

Ok…I got it now. Don’t get how I previously had that menu up and couldn’t see those options.
