How to change aspect ratio of video?

Hi,
I am attempting to convert a normal video 1920x1080 to phone format, thinking that I could simply turn it 90 degrees with SPR filter. But the results seems distorted.
Question is … perhaps I can solve it with some aspect ratio? but is there such a filter or work around?
Below shows a 1920x1080 video import to a phone video format

Then when I turn it -90 degrees. it got distorted.

Use Properties > Rotation to rotate by in multiples of 90

Ah, so use properties set at 270.
Then use SPR > set size mode = distort. Then stretch it vertically.
That works !!
