Hi, I have a video which has built-in subtitles. When I play that video in vlc media player the subtitles show up and work fine but when I play the video in shotcut the subtitles don’t show up. Is there any manual way to add original subtitles of the video? I don’t want to create filters (text). Thank you
This is the only way currently, but there are tools in Resources to help create them from a subtitle file.

Ok thank you so much I found another trick which worked best for me. I got subtitles in shotcut but with another way. If you want me to share that trick with other people on forum please give the link of the post I will share with them.
