The filter set need to be be added to the filter-sets folder in the App data directory


I have made some few filter set here : Some titling filter sets

you can make your own filter set, the icon “copy” in filter tab can save the filter set, make a effect with filter then use the “copy” icon and write a name for your filter set

You can make you own filter sets, by copying a set of filters


or copy filter sets created by other into the filter-sets folder, like described by @Kamigeek
Here is the color bar filter from the video, you can play with
