How do you track/stabilize around a moving object

I want to zoom in and stay focused on a moving object in my video, how do I do this?

With the Size, Position & Rotate filter and the use of keyframes.

Have a look at this video. It doesn’t show exactly what you want to do and the version of Shotcut is different, but that should give you some good hints.
